We review the client’s approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements and delivery schedule. Production boundaries, technical interfaces and responsibilities are clearly defined.

The scope is divided into coordinated manufacturing modules, built to integrate with defined materials, milestones, inspection points, documentation requirements and delivery sequences.

We select the production facility according to its technical capability, certifications, available capacity, location and schedule. NXT LVL NAVAL contracts and manages the agreed manufacturing scope capable to deliver 1500 t per month within our network. 

We launch production, coordinate material readiness, production planning and manufacturing procedures. Throughout, we monitor progress, manage interfaces, control deviations and follow corrective actions.

Manufactured structures are verified against the approved technical package and inspection plan. Dimensional control, welding records, material traceability, testing and quality documentation are compiled into a complete delivery dossier.

Completed modules are protected, transported and delivered according to the client’s assembly sequence. Each package arrives documented and ready for integration.

Final assembly and the integration of sensitive systems remain under the control of the client or lead shipyard. NXT CAP can continue supporting interfaces, documentation and technical close-out through the final integration stage.
